Washington plates, 712 VTH, dark sedan, about 10 am this morning, southbound on NE MLK near Knott. Driver swerved toward me at 30+ mph and honnked his horn. I was able to get on the sidewalk otherwise I think he may have hit me.

White male, Oregon license plate 733 BGY, started to drive through the intersection of SE Grand and Hawthorne until I yelled and shone my bike light at him. He was speaking on a cell phone. He drove past with his window open and yelled "Fuck you!" at me and then drove away fast east on Hawthorne.
